Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
• Communicate clearly with colleagues, managers, and external partners
• Maintain accurate records in line with Data Protection requirements
• Log and report equipment breakdowns, incidents, and accidents promptly
• Meet tight deadlines while staying calm and focused
