Job Overview

Band 5a to 5b (£25,989 to £26,403) per annum.

Permanent, Full Time 37 Hours.

Based at the Guildhall, Gainsborough.

Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to residents, understanding their needs quickly.
  • Support Customer Service Advisors to learn and develop their skills, transferring knowledge and expertise.
  • Respond to difficult, demanding and upsetting situations that can escalates quickly, demonstrating emotional intelligence.
  • Deliver high‑level knowledge of all council services, including Waste Services, Planning, Trinity Arts and Home Choices.
  • Maintain security responsibilities, managing expectations while looking after yourself and others.
