If yes, we want you on our team! Our client, a leader in the utilities industry, is looking for a dedicated Customer Service/Scheduling Specialist in High Wycombe.

Responsibilities
  • Prioritise and process customer queries via phone and email
  • Coordinate planned maintenance and small works with engineers and customers
  • Ensure all callouts meet client KPIs and service level agreements
  • Swiftly investigate and resolve customer queries or complaints
  • Maintain accurate customer invoicing and detailed records on our CRM system
  • Collaborate with engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams for seamless operations
