Job description

Are you in a Customer Service role but you're looking for a job with more responsibility? Or perhaps you are already supporting with the sales process but you're looking for more growth opportunity? We are looking for an ambitious individual to join our successful and rapidly growing client.

This role requires a versatile individual with strong communication and negotiation skills, who can assist with a wide range of inquiries. The ideal candidate will be sales, customer-focused, adaptable, and able to handle a dynamic fast-paced environment.

The Package

  • Competitive salary up £30,000.00 - £35,000.00 per annum
  • 12% annual performance bonus
  • Up to 6% pension contribution
  • 25 days leave, plus bank holidays (increasing to 28 days after 5 years' service)

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact customer and clients either by phone or email to discuss their requirements
  • Prospecting for new clients, generating leads, and converting them into customers
  • Managing customer/ client relationships, and achieving sales targets
  • Working closely with marketing and other teams to align sales efforts and ensure a cohesive customer experience
  • Following up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and address any issues
  • Maintaining accurate customer records, sales data - updating CRM salesforce
  • Maintain and update tracker spreadsheets effectively - looking at process and streamlining
  • Provide administration and customer services support to the Senior Planner and project co-ordinators

Key Requirements

  • Understanding of sales processes, techniques, and best practices
  • Verbal communication skills, including active listening, for confidently and clearly resolving queries
  • Written communication and accurate typing skills
  • Organisation skills for managing multiple customer queries simultaneously
  • Problem-solving skills for resolving complex customer queries
  • Keen to develop and grow your career
