Are you a friendly and personable individual who enjoys working in a varied role? We’re looking for a reliable and flexible team member to join our business!

About the Role

This is a customer-facing role where no two days are the same. You’ll be assisting with sales, answering calls, and managing bookings, alongside some admin and stock management tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with sales and providing excellent customer service

• Answering phone calls and booking in repairs

• Contacting customers for ESET renewals

• Using Xero for invoicing and expense tracking

• Pricing and displaying stock

• Filing and general administrative duties

• Performing final checks on repaired and new PCs/laptops

• Conducting stocktake at the end of the year

• Booking appointments for customers

What We’re Looking For:

• A friendly and approachable personality

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to multitask and stay organised

• Some experience with Xero (or a willingness to learn)

• A proactive and positive attitude
