Job Description
The key responsibilities for the Customer Service Sales Advisor role are:
Respond to customer calls and emails promptly and professionally, meeting agreed service level targets
Accurately process customer orders and follow up to ensure expectations are met
Work closely with Account Managers and Business Development Managers to support promotional campaigns
Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets through inbound and outbound calls
Maintain customer records and activity logs in the company's CRM system
Identify opportunities to re-engage non-trading customers
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a smooth customer journey
Continuously contribute to improvements in service quality and operational processes
Represent the voice of the customer within the business
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate for the Customer Service Sales Advisor role is someone with the following:
Previous experience in a customer service or sales-based role
Proven ability to meet or exceed performance targets
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate
Self-motivated, reliable, and enthusiastic
Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality service
Comfortable working in a collaborative, results-driven team
