Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Service Administrator to join our team atOldham Road, Manchester. This position requires strong communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as the ability to analyze data and effectively manage customer interactions. A multilingual background, particularly in English and German, is highly desirable.

Duties

  • Manage incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
  • Accurately enter and process orders into the system, ensuring all information is up-to-date and organized.
  • Assist in upselling services to customers by identifying their needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and customers to facilitate smooth order processing and service delivery.
  • Analyze customer feedback and order processing metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while handling customer complaints or issues related to orders.
  • Support the administrative team with various tasks as needed to enhance overall efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in German is essential.
