WHAT OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS DO:

• Inbound and outbound communications with customers through telephone / e-mail / chat / SMS / website
• Provide top customer service to help our customers resolve their accounts and offer additional support
• Understand our clients’ products and services to help find the best solutions for the customer
• Update customer files with appropriate information in the multiple databases available, as required
