The Opportunity

We are recruiting for a fast-paced Customer Service Representative with superb communication skills to support our medical devices customer service team in our lovely Solihull office.

What You’ll Do

  • Receive & process all hospital orders within daily deadlines including invoice management

  • Handle customer complaints

  • Internal stakeholder management

  • Follow up on pricing discrepancies

  • Issuance of required credit notes for returns and complaints within the official procedural deadlines

  • Liaise with approved logistic partners

  • Actively participate in any required product tracking research when required

  • PER (Product Event Reporting) processing and follow up in collaboration with Territory Managers

  • Manage busy queries & orders mailbox

What You'll Need:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Prior experience in a customer service/sales advisor role would be ideal, but we are open to hearing from enthusiastic candidates without this experience

  • Expertise knowledge of SAP ideal

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Team player

  • Customer and service oriented

  • Good organization ability

  • Good communication skills for internal and external contacts

  • Positive reaction to working in a “deadline driven" environment
