The Opportunity

We are recruiting for a fast-paced Customer Service Representative with superb communication skills to support our medical devices customer service team in our lovely Solihull office.

What You’ll Do

  • Receive & process all hospital orders within daily deadlines including invoice management
  • Handle customer complaints
  • Manage internal stakeholder relationships
  • Follow up on pricing discrepancies
  • Issue required credit notes for returns and complaints within official procedural deadlines
  • Liaise with approved logistic partners
  • Participate in product tracking research when required
  • Process and follow up on Product Event Reporting (PER) in collaboration with Territory Managers

What You'll Need:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior experience in customer service or sales advisory roles is preferred but enthusiastic candidates without experience are encouraged to apply
  • Knowledge of SAP is advantageous
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Team-oriented attitude
