QVC is hiring a Call Centre Representative in Knowsley. Join our Customer Care Team and enjoy a rewarding career in customer service.

Hourly Pay: £13.81 per hour

Contract Type: Permanent, Part-time

Work hours: On Call Evenings, Monday - Sunday: 17:00-23:00, with 2 weeks' notice of shift

Responsibilities include:

  • Handling inbound customer calls and resolving complex inquiries
  • Providing excellent customer service and driving brand loyalty
  • Working as part of a team to meet performance targets
  • Participating in four weeks of comprehensive training

About You:

  • Desire to deliver first-class customer service
  • Ownership of performance and continuous improvement
  • Engaging with customers and colleagues positively
  • Experience interpreting customer questions
  • Proficiency with computers

Work from home approach: Minimum of first 3 months onsite, with flexible options discussed with your leader
