Part-Time Evening Customer Service Advisors are needed for a dynamic organization that is growing quickly and offers excellent career development opportunities. You will receive full training and tools to perform your role to a high standard, delivering outstanding customer experiences. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the financial services sector and be part of a company that genuinely cares about, progresses, and values its staff.

  • 30 Hours Per Week - Shifts from 5pm to 1:30am on a rota basis (12 shifts over 3 weeks)
  • 25 Hours Per Week - 5 shifts of 5 hours starting at 5pm, 6pm, or 7pm on a rota basis
  • Hybrid working after 6 weeks of office-based training
  • Salary £26,500 + benefits (pro rata)

Duties include:

  • Being the first point of contact for banking queries via phone, email, chat, and social media
  • Taking ownership and supporting customers to resolve issues promptly, escalating when necessary
  • Collaborating with teammates to ensure quick call responses and minimal wait times
  • Showing empathy for customers needing extra time or assistance
  • Detecting and reporting fraudulent transactions or activities

Essential skills and experience:

  • A positive attitude, common sense, and experience in retail, hospitality, or corporate customer service
  • Commitment to high service standards and going beyond for customers
  • Adaptability, quick learning, and eagerness to succeed in a fast-paced environment

Applicants must reside within a commutable distance to Cardiff and complete 6 weeks of office-based training. Remote work opportunities are available after training.

Note: Successful employment is contingent upon employment, credit, and criminal background checks. Applicants must have been residents in the UK for the past 5 years due to the urgent nature of this role.
