We have an exciting opportunity within our Customer Care Team in Knowsley as a Call Centre Representative.

What will I do as a Call Centre Representative?

As a welcoming and friendly voice of QVC, you will be passionate about providing world-class customer service. Our Customer Care Team Members handle inbound customer calls, resolving often complex enquiries and driving brand advocacy.

You will work as part of a team to ensure overall success and also aim to meet individual performance targets.

To prepare you for success, you will undergo a supportive onboarding process, including four weeks of training.

About You – To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A desire to deliver first-class customer service
  • Take ownership of your performance and seek continuous improvement
  • Engage with customers and colleagues to foster a people-focused culture
  • Experience interpreting and responding to customer questions
  • Proficiency in using a computer
Work from home approach

Initially, you will work onsite for at least the first three months. We aim to offer flexible working arrangements combining home and office work, to be discussed with your leader.
