The Job You Will Be Doing

About You

• Previous customer service experience is essential. Experience in contact centres or office-based customer service roles is preferred. If you have worked in retail, hospitality, leisure, or travel, experience in a supervisory or team leader role would be ideal.
• A passion for delivering excellent customer service and achieving the best outcomes for customers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including listening and empathy.
• Comfortable with technology and proficient in Microsoft Office.
