Role: Customer Service Representative

Location: Aldgate, London

Hours: Monday to Thursday: 11am-8pm
Friday: 1:30pm -10:30pm

About The Role

The Customer Service Representative role will act as the first point of contact between Splend and its current and potential customers. This phone-based role, based out of our Aldgate office, will be responsible for supporting our customer-facing team on the ground in our hubs in both London and Australia, by resolving any customer queries or enquiries in a timely manner.

Responsibilities
  1. Working to solve customer issues, complaints and questions.
  2. Ensuring notes are added to our CRM system after each interaction.
  3. Contacting customers to book in their vehicle for a service when it becomes due.
  4. Building sustainable relationships and engaging customers by going the extra mile.
  5. Working to meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
What You’ll Bring
  1. Minimum 1+ years experience in a customer service position.
  2. Be a natural problem solver.
  3. Have superb communication skills both written and verbal.
  4. Be tech savvy and pick up new systems with ease.
  5. Naturally work to offer a best in class customer experience.
  6. Present a cheerful, positive manner with customers.
  7. Must be comfortable with the rostered hours of Monday to Thursday: 11am - 8pm and Friday: 1:30pm - 10:30pm.
