Purpose: Provide Customer Service, handle Order management, provide order status updates, and handle complaints from Customers.

Experience: Experience in Order Management and core Customer Service, with a proven track record of over-achieving quotas.

Skills: Strong phone contact handling skills, good email writing skills, active listening, familiarity with CRM systems, customer orientation, ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Knowledge: End-to-end Order Management and Customer Service handling in Quote to Cash processes.

Additional Skills: Issue resolution, customer retention, conflict resolution, positive attitude, attention to detail, people skills, analysis, problem solving, adaptability, ability to work under pressure, computer skills.
