Our client, a unique financial services organisation, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their growing Give As You Earn (GAYE) team on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.

As a Customer Service Representative within the GAYE team, you will ensure all donations made to charity are in compliance with HMRC payroll regulations.

  1. Reach out to GAYE donors to obtain key information to enable charitable funds to be distributed.
  2. Reach out to GAYE clients to obtain missing information to enable charitable funds to be distributed.
  3. Maintain accurate records and support payment reconciliations.
  4. Respond to enquiries from customers and internal stakeholders in a professional, timely, and efficient manner in accordance with departmental standards (SLA's) and KPI's.

This position demands a high degree of initiative and flexibility. Attention to detail and high levels of organisational and communication skills are essential, as are:

  1. Strong data entry skills.
  2. High levels of numeracy.
  3. The ability to work to tight deadlines.
  4. Good MS Office skills.

The role is office-based Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, for an initial training period, after which there is the potential for hybrid working. The client offers excellent benefits including free on-site parking, a generous pension, and 30 days holiday plus Bank Holidays.
