What you'll do

The Customer Service Representative will provide outstanding service by managing customer requests, answering product queries, and educating customers on HSBC self-service devices and digital platforms. We seek individuals passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences, with or without prior customer service experience, and a helpful personality.

Work Schedule

Full-time, 35 hours/week, Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00, and Saturday 09:00-13:30 (not all branches open on Saturday). Applicants on a student visa or those unable to work 35 hours are ineligible. Flexibility to support other branches may be required.

Training

8-day in-branch training over two weeks covering systems, products, and services. Attendance is mandatory, with no holidays during training.

Compensation and Benefits

Starting salary of £24,000 plus performance bonus, six weeks’ holiday, employee discounts, life assurance, flexible benefits, and share schemes. HSBC promotes diversity and inclusion and offers accommodations for candidates with disabilities.
