With a large following across all platforms, they are excited to expand their team.About Them:They pride themselves on delivering exceptional customer experiences and fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.As a Customer Service Representative/E-Commerce Assistant you will be a key member of the team handling a wide range of duties with room to grow alongside the business.THIS ROLE IS FULLY OFFICE BASED!Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule listings on social media platforms.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through email, telephone, and social media.
  • Handle objections and complaints professionally and respectfully.
  • Conduct missing parcel investigations.
  • Use the AI-powered E-commerce helpdesk system to raise and action tickets.
  • Keeping abreast of reviews on Trust Pilot and engaging the customers in response to those reviews.
  • Use SHOPIFY to navigate the online store, doing things like creating and removing products and giving customers product information.
Personal Requirements:
  • Experience in Customer Services for at least 2 years is essential.
  • An interest in fashion or a background in clothing retail is desirable.
  • Basic IT skills required (full training will be provided on internal systems).
  • Previous experience with Shopify is not essential but desirable.
  • Strong understanding and use of all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
  • An enthusiasm to learn.
  • Demonstratable multi-tasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
