Job Posting:

As our Wholesale Customer Service Specialist you will;

  • Identify and assess customers’ needsto achieve satisfaction;
  • Build sustainable relationshipswithCustomersensuring they areinformed ofnew products, special actions,available stockand more.
  • Liaise withinternal stakeholders such as the CreditDepartment to ensureallqueries are resolved,the PlanningDepartment to ensure full and on time coverage of orders,and the DC/Logisticsto ensure special handling is carried out correctly,delivery time is respectedalong with transportlead-times or claims.Work closely with the Sales teams,to manage the orderbook andunblock any held orders.
  • Ensuretimelycommunication, in-line with customer expectations and brand objectives, highlighting any risk or opportunity.
  • Support the local Marketing teams making sure all POS materials are available to our customers, and allpromotional activitiesare well communicated into local languages following the company’s guidelines
  • Handle and resolve all issuesensuring best interest of both theCustomer andCompany is kept at heart.
  • Continuouslyevaluate and identify opportunitiesto drive process improvements that positively impact the customer’s experience.
  • Authorise sundry credit notes for commercial reasons ( discount and price discrepancies, shortages and lost in transit) strictly following the company’s guidelines and rules.
  • Highlight any problems/errors regardingall issues related to Key Accounts, informing all parties involved.
  • To keep direct contact with Key Accounts, promptly providing them with any needed information about their orders, shipments,DCclosures, etc.
  • Be ready to supportthe EMEAWholesale, Retail and E-comCS teamstofillanygaps needed toensure continuity of business.
  • A degree of flexibility is needed to ensure all urgent tasks/ deadlines are completed to the timescale required.

Skills for Success:

  • Happy to work in a fast paced and dynamicenvironment
  • Experience of working within our industry would be an advantage
  • Language skills;native or fluent speaker in Czech/Slovak plus English
  • Analytical Skills;Well organised, methodicalandaccurate
  • Good knowledge ofMicrosoft office,intermediate excel skills would be anadvantage.
  • Excellent communication(verbally&writing)and problem-solving skills,
  • Customerorientated
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • High level of attention to detail
