Customer Service Representative - AI Trainer

Join DataAnnotation as a Customer Service Representative to help train AI chatbots. This remote, flexible role involves engaging in conversations with chatbots to evaluate their performance and creating new dialogues to improve their responses.

To qualify, you should be fluent in English, possess a bachelor's degree (or be in progress), and have excellent writing, research, and fact-checking skills. Previous experience in writing, editing, or media is preferred but not mandatory.

This is a contract position offering part-time or full-time hours, with pay starting at $20+ USD per hour, payable via PayPal. You will complete an assessment to qualify for projects, which can range from 5 to 20 hours per week, up to 40 hours.
