As a customer service representative with us the minimum responsibilities are:
Professionally handle incoming customer calls, emails, and inquiries.
Provide accurate information about our waste management services, pricing, and scheduling.
Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction in one call whenever possible.
Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
Strive to exceed customer expectations and contribute to a positive team environment.
Processing customer orders for new service, discontinuance, or changes inservice.
Accept payments from customers, researchingcustomer billing inquiries and updating customer account information.
Assisting with dispatching duties when needed
2 years ofhigh-volume Customer Serviceexperience
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills
What You’ll Get From Us:
A 12-month contract role located: 4695 Wellington Rd S, London, ON N6E 0A6
Consistent hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm
Competitive Wages: $26-28/ hour
Possibility of contract extension based on business needs
