Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for customer queries related to sales, execution, installations, and communications.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Resolve customer claims and complaints fairly, effectively, accurately, and timely, in accordance with consumer laws.
  • Collaborate with other departments to execute orders.
  • Monitor and track lead-time, order/production status, and keep customers updated.
  • Provide status updates upon request.
  • Assist in developing improvement plans based on customer feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Proven customer support experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment; experience in oil and gas is desirable.
  • Excellent IT skills; proficient in Microsoft Suite.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to meet targets and deadlines, and work well under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented, capable of working with figures, calculations, and technical drawings.
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings is desirable.
