Customer Service Representative- Up to $70,000-85,000!

About The Role

In this position, you will:

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
  • Engage with prospects in a professional and friendly manner to understand their needs and assess their interest in our products or services.
  • Present product/service information, and schedule appointment for Sales team to go out and conduct a presentation.
  • Address any questions or concerns that potential customers may have.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers in the CRM system.
  • Follow appropriate scripts.
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, and provide solutions.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment
  • Assist with other Call Center duties as needed.
  • In office/Onsite

Key Qualifications

  • 1+ year experience in a customer service or sales role preferred.
  • 1+ year call center experience. Five9 experience a plus!
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong computer skills with experience in Microsoft office.
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a desire to achieve targets.
  • Open to feedback for continuous improvement and growth.
