Your new role
Based in Wrexham, my client is looking for a customer service superstar with past experience delivering unmatched customer and administrative support. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  1. Liaising with UK & EU Customers / Franchisees
  2. Customer Quote & Order Processing via Soleil online platform or email
  3. Dealing with customer enquiries such as order and stock related issues
  4. Transport Booking and liaising with nominated transport partners and courier services
  5. Liaising with our Warehouse & External Partners
  6. Dealing with Customer Complaints
  7. Processing Customer Orders, Invoices, Returns and Credit Notes
  8. General Admin / Internal Data Maintenance

What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in a similar role, as well as the following:

  1. Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Excel and Teams
  2. Experience with Sage (desirable)
  3. Knowledge of international freight/shipping, including experience with customs (desirable)

What you'll get in return
Hybrid working model (onsite 2 days per week in Wrexham office)
37.5 hours a week
9am to 5pm Monday to Thursday (half an hour lunch break), 8am to 4pm Friday
