Job description

Salary:
● Starting £24,000/annum
● £26,000/annum (after 3 months' probation period)
Plus Uncapped Bonus

We are seeking a proactive individual to join us as a Customer Service Representative. Your primary role will be to engage with Canadian clients (Canadian hours: 1PM-10PM BST) via phone and email, ensuring a smooth and compliant onboarding process, and assisting them in understanding key concepts related to trading.

Embark on a rewarding career with us, assisting clients in understanding and accessing the financial markets. We provide 7-day paid training (9AM-6PM) to candidates who are successful in their first interview, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge required to excel in their role.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Communicate with potential clients to provide pre-onboarding information, ensuring that they understand the basics of our services and products.
  2. Provide educational material to clients in line with CIRO regulatory requirements, including outlining risks associated with trading.
  3. Assist clients in the initial steps of setting up accounts while ensuring that all necessary compliance steps are adhered to before full onboarding.
  4. Ensure compliance with all CIRO regulations, including proper documentation, and the completion of necessary regulatory disclosures.
  5. Build strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and addressing their inquiries promptly.
  6. Stay updated on CIRO policies and regulatory developments through in-house training and external professional development initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
  1. Strong communication skills, both over the phone and via email.
  2. Proficiency in CRM programs and relevant software for client tracking and compliance management.
  3. Ability to meet performance targets while ensuring full regulatory compliance during client onboarding.
