A leading built environment innovation hub is looking for a part-time Customer Service Representative in Watford. You'll support users of BRE's health and safety platform, responding to enquiries and building relationships while ensuring excellent service. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills and is proactive. Competitive salary on a pro-rata basis with flexible working hours offered.

Your role at BRE
As a Customer Service Representative (part-time position), you’ll play a vital role in supporting users of YellowJacket, BRE’s cloud-based health and safety platform used across the construction industry. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them get the most out of the system by resolving enquiries, building strong relationships, and acting as the voice of the customer within the team.

Work Location Options
Hybrid – This role offers a mix of home and office working. You will need to be within commuting distance of our Watford office, as you will be expected to attend in person (2-3 times per week for the first month of trainingand then 1-2 times per month after your first month of training).
This is a part-time position (25 hours per week) split over 5 working days per week, with flexible hours to be worked during core business hours (8.45am-5.15pm). The salary will be £28,000 pro rata.
