What you will be doing:

  • Assess and process mechanical breakdown claims in line with policy terms.
  • Deliver exceptional service to customers, dealerships, and repair partners.
  • Communicate effectively with repairers and main dealer workshops.
  • Ensure accurate and timely claim validation.
  • Maintain complete and consistent claim records using internal systems.
  • Support continuous improvement of claims processes and team collaboration.
