The Role:
This role entails answering phones, scheduling customers through our scheduling software, helping customers with retail purchases, and performing administrative duties. Our Customer Service team often wears multiple hats. We have Customer Service Representatives who are now working with us on marketing, internal audit, sales, and HR. No cold-calling or hard selling required because we have enough work to keep us busy year-round. You will rarely have to deal with upset or frustrated customers because we deliver on our promises!
