A leading insurance brokerage in Southampton is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. The role involves providing excellent support to clients and Employee Benefit Consultants while handling inquiries and administration tasks. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of customer service experience and enjoy working within a supportive team. This position offers a hybrid working model after the probation period, with a basic salary of £24,300.

We are on the look out for a talented Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. You’ll work Monday to Friday, just 37.5 hours a week, no weekends or evenings. We offer a basic salary of £24,300 and you will be rewarded with all the great benefits of working with the UKs largest independent Insurance Brokers.
Initially you will work from our centrally located office in Southampton, with convenient transport links alongside our welcoming and supportive team. Once you’re feeling confident and you’re training and probation period is complete, this role will become hybrid if you wish, where you’ll have the option to work just 3 days in the office and 2 days from home every week.
