37 hours per week - 8am – 4.30pm Mon-Thurs (30 min lunch) / 8am – 1pm Friday

£25,908 - £26,262 per annum (£13.46 - £13.65 per hour)
Our client, a reputable company based in Rugby, is seeking a customer service professional to join their small, busy team on a maternity cover basis.
Key responsibilities for a Customer Service Administrator:
- Focusing on customer needs and satisfaction by providing quotes, order processing, confirmations, packing requirements, pricing, forecasting, while delivering high standards of customer service. Most customer service is conducted via email.
- Managing customer enquiries and concerns efficiently and effectively, escalating as required, and being the first line of response.
- Monitoring customers’ orders in line with delivery requirements to meet department and organizational goals.
- Liaising with internal departments such as Sales, Warehouse, Quality, Finance, and controlling teams, as well as project stakeholders, to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Analyzing data to anticipate and prevent potential problems and suggest improvements.
- Conducting regular analysis of product lifecycle, competitor activities, and new market opportunities.
- Producing weekly analysis reports, e.g., forecasting, customer & market trends, for internal and external stakeholders.
Key requirements for a Customer Service Administrator:
- Proven customer support experience in an office setting
- Experience using SAP
- Excellent IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Suite
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent interpersonal abilities
- Previous experience working with CRM systems and Excel
