Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, between 8.30am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday

Salary: Up to £26,000 per annum OTE plus benefits, inclusive of

1. Competitive base salary
2. Monthly performance bonus (OTE £3,360 pa)
3. A tax-free £500 success bonus on passing probation

Life as a Customer Service Representative

You may not know the Auxillis name, but it is likely we have helped someone you know. A background in customer service or insurance is entirely optional, but a keen eye for detail, the ability to get to the bottom of things, and negotiating are second nature to you.

Based in Peterlee as a Customer Service Representative, you will play a central role in helping to recover the cost of keeping our customers mobile during their insurance claim by agreeing settlements and payments with insurance companies. Whatever the circumstances of the claim, it is your role to agree on the best outcome for your customer.
