Job summary

EE Merthyr Tydfil is seeking a Sales Advisor for a part-time role (20 hours per week) in our Merthyr contact centre. You will take incoming calls from EE customers to find the best deals on phones and broadband and help them navigate EE products. Grow through flexible hours, uncapped commission and great benefits.

The role offers an energetic team, training, and opportunities across EE and BT. Start on pro-rata pay with growth after eight months.

Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday Saturday Sunday

4:45PM - 9PM 4:45PM - 9PM 4:45PM - 9PM 4:45PM - 9PM 4:45PM - 9PM OFF OFF

What does being a sales advisor involve?

You'll join a lively sales team in our Merthyrcontact centre. We'll train you to take incoming calls from existing EE customers and help them find the best deals on their phones and broadband. You'll also help them to navigate the different tech products we sell.

You need to be a great listener as well as a fluent talker. A lot of the time, you'll pick up on something that someone has said, then use that to match them with the perfect product.
