Job summary

EE is seeking a Sales Advisor to join our Newcastle contact centre. You will handle inbound calls from existing EE customers, helping them find the best phone and broadband deals and guiding them through the products we offer.

You’ll need to be a strong listener and confident speaker, able to match customers with suitable options and hit sales targets in a friendly environment. The role is part-time (20 hours per week) with evening shifts, based in Newcastle upon Tyne.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or hospitality is helpful.
• Great listener and fluent talker who can match customers with the right product.
• Comfortable working towards sales targets.
• Able to explain deals and navigate tech product options to customers.

Part time: Permanent

Hours: 20 hours per week (evenings)

Start date: October 2026 onwards

Shifts: Monday - Friday 4:45pm - 9:0pm

What does being a sales advisor involve?

You’ll join a lively sales team in our contact centre. We’ll train you to take incoming calls from existing EE customers and help them find the best deals on their phones and broadband. You’ll also help them to navigate the different tech products we sell.

You need to be a great listener as well as a fluent talker. A lot of the time, you’ll pick up on something that someone has said, then use that to match them with the perfect product.
