What we are looking for:

  • Ability to work in the office in Marlow 4 days a week (1 day remote)
  • Prior customer service experience (any industry)
  • Exceptional computer and technical skills
  • Quick learner with a desire for career progression
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Professional and friendly telephone manner
  • Ability to handle high-volume customer interactions (100-150 emails and calls daily)
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to collaborate across departments
  • Effective time management
  • Multitasking and prioritization skills
  • Attention to detail and accurate data entry
  • Experience with CRM and ticketing systems (preferred but not essential)

Your daily responsibilities include:

  • Handling complaints professionally and promptly via phone and email
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Responding to inquiries and resolving issues
  • Assisting with orders, shipments, and returns
  • Providing product information and recommendations
  • Collaborating with other departments for order fulfillment
  • Maintaining accurate records of interactions and transactions
  • Escalating complex issues to management
  • Staying updated with product knowledge
  • Achieving customer satisfaction goals and performance metrics
  • Continuously improving service processes

We welcome applicants from all backgrounds, even without prior pharmaceutical experience. Full training is provided, including industry knowledge and medical terminology, before handling customer queries.

Curate Health is an accredited pharmacy regulated by the GPhC, selling products like weight loss injections, medications, and addressing health conditions such as hair loss, nausea, HRT, and insomnia.

Our operations are managed internally with UK-trained pharmacist prescribers, using NHS-approved software to ensure security, confidentiality, and compliance with GPhC standards.
