Job summary

William Hill in Maidstone is seeking energetic retail colleagues to join our shops. In this role you'll welcome customers, process bets, assist with queries, and demonstrate betting terminals.

You'll build relationships with customers, champion safer gambling, and help with shop displays and opening/closing duties. The job offers varied hours, including evenings and weekends, with training and development opportunities.

• Experience in retail or customer service is preferred.

Working Patterns

• Our shops have a variety of opening times between the hours of 8am-10pm, Monday to Sunday
• Shifts are devised on a rota basis and are subject to change, they will include evening and weekend working Have a passion for delivering great customer service
