Job summary

William Hill is seeking a customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our shops, placing the customer experience at the heart of the role. You’ll be part of evoke, delivering friendly service in a fast-paced betting environment across our high-street venues.

In this role you’ll welcome customers, process bets, demonstrate betting terminals and build lasting relationships while championing safer gambling. You’ll also support opening/closing duties and shop displays, with varied hours across the

Working Patterns

• Our shops have a variety of opening times between the hours of 8am-10pm, Monday to Sunday
• Shifts are devised on a rota basis and are subject to change, they will include evening and weekend working Have a passion for delivering great customer service
