What You Will Do
  • Be the face of Metro Bank, interacting with customers and demonstrating sound knowledge of our products and services while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Work as part of a team, prioritising tasks based on customer demand and achieving store objectives.
  • Act as a brand ambassador in the community, supporting the store to be the number one community bank.
  • Stay updated on regulatory and non-regulatory training and changes to ensure compliance and fairness in all transactions.

Working Arrangements & Training

Metro Bank Moorgate operates Monday – Friday, 8:45am – 5:15pm. We are currently hiring for 37.5 hours per week, across 5 days.

What You Will Need
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, even under pressure.
  • Understanding of the risks associated with the role and their implications for yourself and our customers.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Capability to deliver outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in customer service and operating in controlled processes, while prior banking experience is not mandatory.
