Job description

Red Recruitment is excited to be recruiting Customer Service Representatives to join one of the fastest-growing specialist insurance providers in the UK. This role will require an empathetic person who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. This position, located in Liverpool, contains many benefits including high street discounts, a generous pension scheme, and a salary of £22,050 per annum.


Benefits and Package for a Customer Service Representative:
  1. Salary: £22,050 per annum
  2. £25,625 on target earnings + £2,000 performance related bonus per annum (once established within your role)
  3. Hours: 37.5 hours per week
  4. Hours between 8am - 7.30pm, Monday - Saturday on a three-week rolling rota. You will only need to work 1 in 3 Saturdays between the hours of 9am - 5.30pm
  5. Flexible and part-time arrangements are also available
  6. Contract Type: Permanent
  7. Location: Liverpool
  8. 31 days annual leave (potential to increase to 35 days depending on length of service)

Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative:
  1. Providing support to customer queries via phone, email, and webchat
  2. Identifying and assessing customer's needs and working to deliver good outcomes for the customers
  3. Assisting customers to make changes to their policies
  4. Helping with customer queries over direct debit payments
  5. Ensuring all FCA compliance procedures are always followed
Key Skills and Experience of a Customer Service Representative:
  1. Must be friendly, approachable and enjoy helping others
  2. Organised and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  3. A team player who is enthusiastic and self-motivated
  4. Previous customer service experience is desirable but not essential
  5. Capable of achieving high standards of customer satisfaction
