Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for businesses, handling any queries and taking orders while processing these to ensure the highest level of customer experience.
You will be preparing quotations for customers and following up on these accordingly, working with other members of the business to provide a seamless process.
The role will also involve administrative duties and resolving any issues or complaints while working towards service level agreements.
The Successful Applicant
Previous customer service/sales order processing experience.
Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
A keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills.
A positive can-do attitude.
An excellent team player.
