The role involves providing exceptional customer service to passengers, crew, and visitors at the airport terminal, including meet and greet services, customer engagement, and lounge assistance. The successful candidate will ensure smooth airport operations while prioritizing customer satisfaction and safety.
Requirements include strong communication skills, excellent administration abilities, multitasking and prioritization in a fast-paced environment, flexibility to work shifts, and full training provided. Candidates must have their own transport due to the location and hours, with shifts planned six months in advance, including early mornings (6am-2:30pm), late shifts (2pm-10:30pm), and days off. The salary is £26,500, with 28 days holiday, a 5% pension contribution, a smart uniform, and a supportive team environment.
