Key responsibilities and duties but not limited to:

  • Develop and manage customer relationships, increasing customer satisfaction and delivering responsive communication;
  • Accurately prepare and process customer transactions such as quotations, purchase orders, rentals, cost estimates, invoicing, and financial analysis;
  • Review estimates and invoices with the CPM;
  • Work with finance to set up and manage customer accounts in the ERP system;
  • Communicate with operations and management regarding customer issues;
  • Ensure all Cycle Zeros are completed before product induction;
  • Process customer and intercompany purchase orders;
  • Monitor warranty payments from OEMs and prepare journal entries;
  • Coordinate delivery of customer documentation to support engine functions;
  • Update and manage production and project plans in the ERP system;
  • Create and maintain reports and KPIs;
  • Manage time effectively, meet goals, and collaborate with team members;
  • Maintain proficiency in office software and equipment;
  • Follow company policies and procedures, creating new ones if necessary;
  • Answer calls and provide frontline support;
  • Create and maintain filing systems;
  • Work flexible hours as required;
  • Present a professional image to customers;
  • Participate in meetings and operational improvement projects;
  • Support other team members as needed;
  • Perform other duties to ensure departmental efficiency.

Organizational Relationships:

Collaborate with CPM, OEMs, Sales, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Procurement departments. Contribute to other functions like Technical, Quality, and Material departments. Work effectively with colleagues and internal teams.
