Job description

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Advisors to join our team at our East Kilbride Operation Centre, G75 0SB.

You'll be working from Monday to Friday with no bank holiday working, so you'll benefit from a great work-life balance and have more time to yourself.

Our Customer Service Advisors are a dedicated team that are crucial to our operation, who promptly respond to high volume inbound and outbound calls from our customers, while maintaining our Service Level Agreements and time frames.

They also assist our members and private traders with sales and return queries and provide administrative duties associated with documentation and compliance.
