About the role - Mō te tūranga

Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, you will:

  1. Support and liaise with our internal/external customers.
  2. Develop and maintain strong internal/external customer relationships.
  3. Be involved in process improvements to raise quality and service.
  4. Proactively identify and inform customers of network delays.
  5. Manage customer queries via phone/email and handle customer escalations.
  6. Resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner.

We are looking for driven individuals who can work well in a team environment, thrive on creating a great customer experience, and have excellent attention to detail.

Additionally, you will bring:

  • Experience in a similar role; call centre experience is highly desirable.

  • Excellent customer service skills with an emphasis on FCR.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Growth mindset and positive attitude.
  • Demonstrable problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce is beneficial.
