We're looking for a Customer Service Representative, based in our Cannock office, working on a 4-on-4-off shift pattern.

What you’ll do:
  • Act as the principle point of contact for Aggreko’s customers

  • Manage all internal touchpoints during the lifecycle of the rental

  • Collaborate with the sales and Operations teams to ensure a successful customer experience

  • Meet the expectations and requirements of the customers

  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, gaining their trust and respect

  • Handle incoming customers calls to address equipment, service or contract queries

  • Manage customer credit limits and payment expectations

You’ll have the following skills and experience:
  • Experience in a customer service or account management role is essential

  • Background in rentals, construction, or civils industries is beneficial

  • Experience using a CRM system (ideally Salesforce) is highly advantageous, but training can be provided

  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to gather information from customers and offer suitable product and service solutions

  • Strong stakeholder relationship management skills

  • Collaborative working style across wider teams

  • Ability to solve problems and think outside the box
