As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers. As part of our Customer Service team, you are the face of our business and essential in building loyalty and trust.

You are very comfortable using a PC, Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management software, ideally SAP. You delight in investigating customer problems, getting to the root cause and putting them right. You are friendly, organised and resilient.
Note - Although hybrid, the office days will be based in Caerphilly.
