Delta Services, a leading wholesale and online construction supply company, is seeking an experienced B2B Customer Service Representative. The role includes managing client inquiries, supporting a dynamic team, and contributing to an ambitious expansion program. Delta Services has been trading since 2001 and is one of the UK's most successful wholesale and online Construction & Trade supply companies. Based in Bromborough on the Wirral, they are expanding their B2B business and require an experienced Customer Service Representative. The working environment in Bromborough is very pleasant with a local Retail Park and Countryside. Hours 08.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. (Friday 4.30!) Full product training will be given.
The role of the B2B Customer Service Representative:
They require an experienced and trained internal Customer Service Advisor to join a successful team in handling incoming sales & service enquiries and maximise all opportunities. They operate three Online Stores and a Wholesale business. This is a dynamic role with an extensive client database and an ambitious expansion programme.
