You'll handle 30-50 real conversations a day with clients regarding billing or claims questions, and you solve them directly. You'll own outcomes and be remembered for it.

  • Have 12+ months of experience with billing, claims, or renewals.

What You'll Actually Do:
  • Solve billing and policy issues quickly across 30-50 daily calls, emails, chats.
  • Track and beat metrics (resolution time, satisfaction, follow-up rates).
  • Join weekly coaching on cross-sell, retention, and communication.
  • Spot broken processes and help fix them.
Pay and Perks:
  • $45,000 base salary + monthly bonuses (top reps earn $60K-$70K).

  • Monday to Friday only. No late nights. No weekend shifts.
  • Hybrid work: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote.
