Job summary

Parcelforce Worldwide in Belfast is recruiting for a permanent, full-time driver role. 38 hours per week with overtime; typical hours 10:00–17:36, Monday–Friday. Starting salary £25,201, with progression to £27,561 after six months and potential to reach £30,000 with overtime.

You will sort parcels, perform vehicle safety checks, and collect/deliver items to customers, delivering a friendly, reliable service while working as part of a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• Valid full UK driving licence (Cat B) required.
• Ability to lift and carry parcels up to 30 kg.
• Friendly, dependable and customer-focused attitude.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.

• After 6 months: £27,561 per year £13.94 per hour
• Opportunity to earn up to £30,000 per year, (based on a 38 hour week & overtime)

• Monthly Non Pensionable Addition to Pay (£903.84 per year)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Sorting parcels and planning efficient delivery routes

What We’re Looking For

• A full manual UK driving licence (Cat B up to 3.5t) registered to your current address, with no more than 6 points
• Ability to lift and carry parcels up to 30kg
• Someone who’s friendly, dependable, and customer focused
• Comfortable working independently but also a great team player
• Looking for a stable, long-term role in a growing organisation
