We are looking to recruit a Customer Service Planner to join our team, based at our office in Westminster, London.
As part of our team, you will handle high volumes of calls, liaising with clients, sub-contractors, suppliers, and supervisors to schedule appointments. Your goal is to ensure future jobs are scheduled to meet our contractual Service Level Agreements without making false promises. You will communicate with residents via various methods, including telephone and email.
Using our in-house system, you will actively schedule operatives and subcontractors, discuss complex repairs, manage demanding customers, and address service failures, all while instilling customer confidence.
